We offer two shipping options within South Africa: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days, and all orders include a tracking number.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
